Elizabeth Parker Hut - Summer 2017 Lottery Application
The Elizabeth Parker Hut Summer 2016 lottery is now closed.
- Application Deadline for bookings June 16th to October 1st, 2017 is November 13, 2016, 11:59 p.m. MST.
- Lottery winners will be contacted on or before November 24, 2016.
- Lottery winners must confirm their booking with a 20% non-refundable deposit by December 3rd, 2016, 9:00 p.m. MST.
- Bookings not confirmed by December 3rd, 2016 will be available on a first-come first-served basis beginning December 5th, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. MST.
- Lottery winners are required to be members in good standing, to complete the reservation process if you are selected in the lottery.
- Once the booking is confirmed all standard cancellation and payment policies apply.
- The lottery fee is $10 per entry.
- There is no limit to the number of lottery entries that you can make for the same or different dates.
- The maximum duration of any single reservation request is 7 nights.
- The 2016 Lake O'Hara bus schedule has not been set by Parks Canada. Therefore bus times are subject to change and the time submitted in the lottery will be considered a request - not confirmed.
- Nightly, per person fees for the months of June (once the bus is running) through early October, 2017 at Elizabeth Parker Hut will be $35.00 for ACC members and $45.00 for ACC non-members.
